River Rock does not fit that picture. The address is 8811 River Road, Richmond, and Bridgeport Station sits across a covered walkway, with the Canada Line putting downtown Vancouver 18 minutes away and Vancouver International Airport about 7 minutes away, a distance of 2.4 miles by road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A second thing many listings still get wrong is ownership. Descriptions written before mid-2026 name Great Canadian Entertainment as the owner. An elevator exists, which settles the difference for anyone with a suitcase. Current counts put it at more than 1,200 slot machines and electronic table games and more than 80 live table games, plus a live racebook. Older travel listings still quoting roughly 1,100 slots and 75 tables predate the renovations and should be read as historical.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The poker room runs cash games 24 hours a day, with limits from $1\/$2 to $10\/$20, and daily tournaments at 2PM and 7PM. The Buffet seats 260 on the third floor, reached by a curved escalator from the main lobby, with Fraser River views; buffet service runs Friday to Sunday, while the Lounge menu in the same space is available seven days, a scheduling detail most aggregator pages skip. Private room bookings there run 11:30AM to 3:00PM or 5:00PM to 9:00PM, with a room rental fee of $250 plus tax, and the VIP room seats 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sit-down options include Gordon Ramsay Steak, the chef&#8217;s first Canadian fine dining room, and Sea Harbour for Cantonese dim sum and seafood. Faster food comes from the food court inside the casino: Chopsticks Noodlehouse, Number 3 Chinese Restaurant, Rock House Burgers &amp; Fries and Zio&#8217;s pizza. The resort lists self-parking entered from River Road on the west side, roughly a five-minute walk from the hotel entrance, overnight valet at $33.00 per night and over-height self-parking in the East Parkade at $25.00 per night. Separate guidance describes three floors of free parking in the casino parkade off No. 3 Road and River Road, and $2.50 for 24 hours in the South Parkade, while several booking aggregators simply state free self-parking. Read the signage at the entrance rather than the listing you booked through.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Room pricing varies by source and date: one rate tracker puts the typical Tuesday low at an average of $214 per night, others cite figures from $117 to above $400. A cooked-to-order breakfast is roughly CAD 22.00 per person, an in-room microwave carries a $25 daily fee subject to availability, and pets are accepted at about CAD 39.2 per night to a maximum of CAD 117.6 per stay, with service animals exempt. The marina, boardwalk and a three-storey viewpoint at the eastern tip of the walkway look out over the Fraser River, dry docks and low-flying aircraft. The pool, which has a waterslide, and the fitness centre run daily from 6am to 10pm, and the Absolute Spa holds six private treatment rooms.
